We are publicly auctioning on behalf of the beneficiaries, in a third-party name and for a third-party account, based on a contractual lien agreement on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 2:00 PM. Bids will be accepted in writing, by phone, or here through online live bidding, or as advance bids submitted here until October 5, 2024, or in writing.

Buyer's Premium: The highest bidder will be charged a buyer’s premium plus 19% VAT on the premium according to the following scale:

25% plus VAT for a bid price (purchase price) up to €99,999
18% plus VAT for a bid price (purchase price) from €100,000 to €199,999.99
15% plus VAT for a bid price (purchase price) from €200,000 to €349,999.99
12% plus VAT for a bid price (purchase price) from €350,000 to €499,999.99

The auction item (classification: 9A991) is subject to current EU and US export control laws, particularly regarding the Russian Federation and Belarus. Interested parties and bidders specifically commit to: Complying with Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of the Council dated July 31, 2014, on restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine, and Council Regulation (EC) dated May 18, 2006, on restrictive measures against President Lukashenko and various Belarusian officials, in their current versions, and Not (re-)exporting any auctioned goods, items, and/or technology to natural or legal persons or other entities in the Russian Federation or Belarus, or for use in the Russian Federation or Belarus, even if bidders and/or end users are not subject to the EU's jurisdiction. Violations will release the pledgee from their obligations and will be reported to the relevant authority in the European Union. Furthermore, interested parties and bidders agree to comply with the export control laws of the European Union, Germany, the United Nations, the United States of America, and any other applicable jurisdictions. Interested parties and bidders agree not to place bids if the transactions related to the auction and/or the actual or intended use would violate one or more of the above-mentioned export control regulations. Upon registration, interested parties are required to provide the pledge manager and the pledgee with all reasonably requested information to carry out a final export control assessment. This includes, but is not limited to, an End User Statement. Violations of one or more of the stated obligations constitute: An irreparable breach of contract, entitling the pledgee, without prejudice to other rights, to immediately withdraw from the purchase contract and release themselves from their obligations without assuming liability, and Obligating the buyer to reduce damages and avoid further adverse consequences
